This is a sponsored message from Best Friends NWA.

Buckle up, pet lovers: Best Friends Animal Society’s Super Adoption is coming to Crystal Bridges this weekend!

Super Adoption is the biggest pet adoption event in NW Arkansas, featuring more than 350 dogs and cats from shelters and rescues across the region, all looking for loving homes and families just like yours.

All adoption fees for all pets will be covered by Best Friends all weekend!

Even if you are not looking for a new pet to add to your family, Super Adoption has plenty to offer.

  • Fi Collars will be offering a free microchip clinic

  • Vendor booths from 30+ local artisans and small businesses

  • Interactive, family-friendly fun like face painting and DIY bandana decorating

  • Delicious food

Where and When

The event will take place on the Crystal Bridges grounds from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (Oct. 11–12).

Adoptable cats will be on the parking garage’s spacious second-floor mezzanine, while adoptable dogs will be showcased in tents along the North Forest Trail.

Know Before You Go

  • Crystal Bridges is at 600 Museum Way in Bentonville.

  • Admission is free.

  • Parking is available in the Plaza parking garage. The North Forest Trail is paved, with some areas of moderate slope. It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk to the dog area from the garage. Golf cart shuttles will be running to help folks get from the parking garage to the adoptable dog area if needed.

  • Your pets are welcome! Please keep dogs on leashes, and avoid using retractable leashes due to the large number of dogs expected in the area.

  • If you adopt, remember to stop by the Best Friends adoption area before you leave to pick up your free adoption kit, full of food and treats from Blue Buffalo, plus other goodies to help your new bestie get off to a happy start.

  • Be sure to enter for a chance to win a full year of free pet food from Blue Buffalo!

  • Visit our Facebook event page to see a full list of participating shelters and vendors.

Are you coming?
