Local officials are asking residents to report damage to their homes caused by the storms using this website form.

Reports will be shared with state and federal officials to help officials determine the level of destruction caused by recent storms.

As of midday Friday, May 31, over 2,400 reports have been filed on the site, local officials said.

The form is only for damage to residences (not vehicle damage, downed trees, or fences). Only report damage if debris, such as trees, has punctured your home.
