Ropeswing Hospitality Group, owned by Tom and Steuart Walton, plans to open three restaurants inside The Compton, a new hotel on the square set to open this fall.
The concepts, according to a press release:
Sestina will be a steakhouse that centers its approach around a wood-burning grill.
The Eddy is described as “a vibrant cocktail bar perched above the Bentonville Square.”
Field Notes will be a café on the ground floor.
All three concepts are expected to open in November.
Ropeswing also operates The Preacher’s Son, Lady Slipper, CO-OP Ramen, Sunny’s, Louise, and BlakeSt.
