Archie’s Sandwichery

Archie’s Sandwichery is a fast-casual restaurant with sandwiches, cocktails, and a large outdoor patio. The restaurant also offers unique items such as a caviar plate with Ruffles. Named after owner Kevin Girkins’ dog, Archie, the shop has been exceptionally popular since it opened in June.

This southeast Bentonville hangout is both a taproom and a boutique, offering candles, clothing, and other curated goods alongside beer brewed by Greenhouse Aleworks. With seating for about 25, the space is designed to feel relaxed and welcoming.

Stoic Brews Alternative

410 SW A St #8 | Website

Stoic Brews Alternative is the first entirely gluten-free brewery and taproom in Arkansas. The bar serves a full lineup of beer, along with a menu of pizzas, calzones, nachos, and more, all made without gluten. The owners, who have personal experience with gluten intolerance, say their goal is to create a place where everyone can eat and drink without being concerned about getting sick.

Wu Zhao

Wu Zhao is a new addition to the downtown dining scene, offering a menu that blends Chinese cuisine with elements of other Asian traditions. The restaurant is a collaboration between the team behind Blu Fish House and two internationally known chefs with large online followings.

Bangers and Bowls Food Truck

700 SW 16th St. | Website

Bangers & Bowls opened in May in Osage Park, offering “European soul food.” Important context: “Bangers” is British slang for sausages. The menu also features schnitzel and haluski.

Ryn

The Ryn experience features multi-course meals (the website says eight to ten) built around locally grown, seasonal ingredients. All meals are gluten-free. The chef, Matthew Cooper, is also the culinary mind behind Conifer.

Celeste at The Preacher's Son

The bar on the roof of The Preacher’s Son re-opened as Celeste in May. The open-air venue features a refreshed menu of rotating drinks and elevated bar snacks. It will operate through the warmer months, weather permitting.

Falfurrias Rooftop Lounge

Fancy a cocktail five stories up? Falfurrias sits atop the AC Hotel on the new Walmart Home Office campus. It offers a limited dinner menu (and yes, it's open to the public.)
