A farm-to-table concept called Written By The Seasons debuted its third location and the first outside of Dallas in April.

Trackstand Cyclery and Tavern
1400 SW Susana St. #6 | Website
Trackstand Cyclery and Tavern opened its service shop in mid-September at 1400 SW Susana St., Ste. 6, ahead of its beer and wine bar, which opened in late February.

Fry

A new low-thrills bar called Fry opened in February in downtown Bentonville.
The bar is accessible only through an alley. The Pastrami Wagon, a sandwich-focused food truck, shares a patio with Fry.
Parlay on 8th
801 SE Eighth St. #21 | Website
A new sports bar from the team behind Hardwater Cocktail Room opened in February at the 8th Street Market.
Parlay on 8th is a restaurant and lounge featuring bar food, games and live music.

Clementine’s Ice Cream
1410 SE Eighth St. #6 | Website
Known for its small-batch ice cream and booze-infused flavors, Clementine’s Ice Cream opened in January on the new Walmart home office campus, marking the specialty shop’s 11th location nationwide.

Pizza Lottie’s
1401 NE John DeShields Blvd. #135 | Website
The new sister restaurant to Pizzeria Ruby is slated to open in Bentonville any day now. Located in the Crystal Flats complex, Pizza Lottie’s will sell pizza and deli items.

Big Box Karaoke
406 SE Fifth St. | Website
Fayetteville-based Big Box Karaoke is expanding from its original location, with plans to open in the Ice House Building this fall. The original Big Box Karaoke location has reportedly hosted more than 120,000 guests since opening in 2018.

Table Au Centre

A new sit-down restaurant modeled after European bistro culture opened its doors in late April at the Walmart Home Office campus. Table Au Centre is the latest concept from The Table Mesa Restaurants Group, which also operates Table Mesa Bistro and several other Bentonville-area eateries.

Parlor

Located inside the main entrance of the Ledger building, Parlor debuted in March as a local hangout offering coffee, beer, wine and cocktails as well as baked goods and other bites to eat.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The first Bentonville location of the fast-casual burger stand opens April 28. Freddy’s is known for slinging steakburgers and frozen custard, among other options.
