Pizza Lottie’s, Sister Restaurant to Pizzeria Ruby, Opening Soon in Bentonville

Pizza Lottie’s, the new sister restaurant to Pizzeria Ruby, could open any day now.

The restaurant will be located in the Crystal Flats complex at 1401 NE John DeShields Blvd., Suite 135.

Chef Mike Robertshaw and Meredith Butler debuted Pizzeria Ruby in Johnson in 2021. Pizza Lottie’s will sell pizza and deli items with a side of the same “signature sass” that helped define the original eatery.

The team initially hoped to open by the end of last year, but things were delayed a bit. They’re getting close, but an exact opening date has not been announced yet.

“Pizza Lottie’s is in the final stretch and officially cleared for takeoff — inspections passed, lights on, ovens hot and just enough chaos to keep things interesting,” Butler told The Bentonville Bulletin. “We’re in our full court press to open, which means our hands are in the dough.”

Butler said to follow the restaurant’s Instagram account for the latest updates. “She’s late, but she’s worth it,” she said.

Once the restaurant opens, Butler said Pizza Lottie’s patrons can expect a full deli, pizza by the slice and certain favorites from Pizzeria Ruby, as well as some changes unique to the new location.

“Think East Coast comfort, a little attitude and a few secrets we’re keeping tucked in the back pocket for now,” Butler said.
