Sponsor Message from Monarch Dental

As 2025 begins to wind down, Monarch Dental & Orthodontics in Bentonville reminds patients that most dental insurance benefits reset at the end of the year.

Now is the perfect time to complete any outstanding dental treatments and maximize your coverage before it renews.

If you’ve been delaying care - whether routine cleaning, crowns, implants, or dentures - scheduling before December 31 can help you make full use of the benefits you’ve already paid for. Regular dental visits not only protect your oral health but can also help you avoid larger, more costly treatments later.

Appointments fill up quickly as the year ends. To schedule your visit, call us at (479) 259-9130 or schedule online at Monarch Dental & Orthodontics.

A British Diplomat's 48 Hours in Bentonville

His Britannic Majesty’s Consul General Keith Scott was in town for a brief business trip last week.

Scott, who is based in Houston, has spent his career as a diplomat for the United Kingdom. In his current role as consul general, which he started in just a few weeks ago, he’s the U.K.’s top official for a five-state region and is tasked with finding opportunities for cultural, research, and business partnerships.

He started a tour of those five states here in Bentonville. During his two days in town, he went on a bike tour, shook hands with the mayor, visited Crystal Bridges, met Dave and Jenny Marrs, and, along with about ten staff members, conducted a number of meetings with local business leaders.

Scott said he was surprised by the level of economic activity relative to Bentonville’s population size. He had familiarized himself with the cycling and retail industries before his visit but said healthcare technology partnership opportunities came up “a lot” more than he expected.
