New Maternity Hub Offers Multiple Services Under One Roof

The first of its kind in Bentonville, a new hub offers expecting parents a range of services from pre-pregnancy to postpartum, all under one roof.
Located at 915 NW 7th St., Bentonville’s new maternity hub was created by Whitney Hardie, owner of Bentonville Birth Services, as a way to make navigating pregnancy and early parenthood simpler, more accessible and more connected.
A total of six maternity-related businesses operate out of the location.
Drivers Keep Ignoring School Bus Stop Signs

The Bentonville School District continues to experience a persistent problem with drivers failing to stop for school bus stop signs and warning lights.
As The Bentonville Bulletin previously reported, school leaders, concerned about the number of incidents, began sharing monthly statistics with the public last school year.
During the first three months of this school year, the district reported 124 incidents to police — a 35% increase from the same period last year.
At the November 18 school board meeting, Jason Salmons, director of transportation, shared some new insights that could help curb the issue.
‘It’s the Season of Giving’: Local Businesses Donate Car

A single mother was recently gifted a vehicle from a group of local businesses.
Joie Cureton, who works while also attending nursing school full time and raising a son, received a 2019 Honda CR-V.
“I believe that it’s a responsibility to be able to share the blessings that we’ve been given on this earth,” Keith Brown, owner of Brown’s Collision Center, said. “It’s not quite Christmas, but it is the season of giving.”

Say Hello to Geraldine

Geraldine is about 4 years old and weighs 50 pounds.
She can be a tiny bit shy at first when meeting new people, but is very friendly with both adults and children. She is house trained and walks nicely on a leash after the first few "let's go let's go!" minutes of excitement!
Geraldine gets along well with other dogs, and has a not-too-rowdy style of play. But where she really shines is when she can be with her people, doing whatever they're doing. If you're walking, she's delighted to be with you and has a wag for everyone you meet.
