A Playground for All Opens in the Heart of Pea Ridge

Carr St Park, located at 600 Carr St in Pea Ridge, has already attracted many families from surrounding areas in Northwest Arkansas.

$3.2M Home Is Bentonville's Priciest Sale of 2026 So Far

This 3,970-square-foot contemporary home is part of Nelagoney Glen, a luxurious six-residence enclave on the northern edge of downtown Bentonville.

So far this year, at least eight home sales in Bentonville reached or exceeded the $1 million mark — four in January and four in February, according to records from the Benton County Assessor.

Music Venue Passes First Planning Hurdle. What Happens Next?

Bentonville Ballroom, a music venue proposed for downtown, cleared the first hurdle in the city's approval process last week.

The Planning Commission approved the property for use as a music venue. No residents spoke for or against the project during the public comment period. There are several more approvals needed before construction could begin.

Downtown Bus Route Now In Service

Over the past few weeks, signs for bus stops have been popping up around downtown Bentonville, and the new service is now up and running.

The new downtown route includes about 20 stops, serving destinations that include Crystal Bridges, the Square, the library and the new Walmart Home Office campus. It runs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and is free to ride.

First Look at the OZ Trails Bike Park Lift

A group of mountain bikers got a sneak peek of the OZ Trails Bike Park on Friday. The park, with its nearly 20 miles of trails, will open to the public June 12.

But in the meantime, the park’s general manager, Gary Vernon, wants to create opportunities for riders to test-drive the trails.

Pizza Lottie’s Opening Soon in Bentonville

Pizza Lottie’s, the new sister restaurant to Pizzeria Ruby, could open any day now.

The restaurant will be located in the Crystal Flats complex at 1401 NE John DeShields Blvd., Suite 135.

Pizza Lottie’s will sell pizza and deli items with a side of the same “signature sass” that helped define the original eatery.
